I love magazines

I have been a fan of reading magazines since I was a teen, at that time I think I had 5 subscriptions at once (YM, Fashion and a bunch of others) I never threw them away (we didn't recycle back then) and had a stack over 7ft tall in my closet.  My Dad made me get rid of them when I moved out of the house!  Since then I have subscribed to various other magazines such as Men's Health (no, I'm not a man but it had a lot of good info!), Women's health, Glamour etc.  Now that I'm a Mommy, the only subscriptions I have are Canadian Family and Today's Parent.  I look forward to getting them in the mail every month.

Recently I cam across an offer for a free digital subscription of Pregnancy Magazine (US version) and even though I'm not currently preggo, I thought I'd read it anyhow and share the offer link with some of my friends who are preggo! Along with the offer I am on their mailing list which sends me a monthly newsletter of all their other subscription offers.  I was happy to see Parents Magazine on it (as I usually buy it in the stores) but it was only a sample and only had a few pages before you needed to subscribe.  Browsing their site, I was surprised to see that they offer many digital subscriptions for cheap!  A year of digital subscription was only $4.99, an issue per month .99 cents and a year of print subscription is $12.00 no tax or shipping!  That's a great deal.  Unfortunately the offer for the subscription in print is only available to residents of the US.  Booo!  Canadians can still sign up for the digital subscription.

Have you used this service before? Let me know what your experience is with it.  I'm contemplating getting a digital subscription and viewing it on the laptop when I want some downtime.  This would save me lots of $$$ on my Magazines!!
